Bellevue Court Apartments

I lived in this apartment for just under a year. I was generally happy. There were good things and bad things.
Pros:
- Pretty quiet and safe location for Capitol Hill.
- Solid square footage for the rent.
- Lots of storage space.
- Maintenance and management were generally reliable. Though they changed ownership recently (to Fathom) so this may not be accurate anymore.
Cons:
- The kitchen is very small. Cooking feels like a balancing act and there just isnt enough cabinet space for everything.
- For many units, you have to walk through the outside courtyard to get to the laundry room. This gets real old when its cold out.
- Small bathroom with only the medicine cabinet as storage.
- No thermostat. Your heat is set automatically which sucks if it isnt your exact preference.
Overall, Id say this apartment is middle of the road. If you can get a good deal, go for it; otherwise, keep looking.
