Levere Apartments

Management was excellent at responding to any questions and I never had issues with my unit (at previous places there has always been something that required maintenance). I was originally looking for a one bedroom, but after touring a spacious and bright studio at an affordable price I ended up going with it and there was plenty of room so it didnt feel like a dorm. It is an older building with some charming features, but lacks some amenities that newer builds might have depending on the unit. For what I needed at the time it was the perfect space and I really enjoyed living there.

Excellent management and maintenance team, have been very responsive. Close to UW. As a working professional this has been a good residence. Quiet corner of the neighborhood. Three minute walk to light rail station. Manager lives in building. Three story brick. Two grocery stores in walking distance.

Lovely charming apartments close to UW. The building manager and owners are responsive and on top of solving issues as they come up. Rarely do I hear neighbors, the walls are thick and people in the building are pretty low key so thats a really nice feature! Easy walking distance to UW.

Have lived here for 4 years. The first 3 and a half years were absolutely fine--now we have an upstairs neighbor who will not stop rage screaming. This man is screaming at the top of his lungs regularly, for hours on end (likely at video games), with no consideration for his neighbors. We have asked him politely to stop screaming, we have asked the property manager to please get him to stop screaming, nothing works. I would have continued to enjoy this place had this aggressive display of testerical screaming not taken up days upon days worth of peace here, but it has.
