Its a good location mainly for students since its close to campus. Other than that I wouldnt recommend, youre paying so much for barely anything, and the prices for utilities seems to always go up, along with laundry being almost 5 bucks now. WiFi used to be free and was good, but now its another expense that we have to pay monthly for. Honestly look else where, especially if youre a student, the dorms and even the Greek life is much cheaper.

I moved into this apartment complex recently and the experience has been pleasant. The complex is really new and clean. Management is always quick to answer my emails and they are always on top of issues around the building.

Perfect if you wanna pay $4.50 to do a single load of laundry (they recently raised the prices from $4.00). That would maybe be understandable if the laundry room was well maintained, but it's not. More often than not the laundry room is disgusting and your clothes will have a lovely musty smell to them. Also, if you enjoy paying an exorbitante amount in utility fees this is the perfect building for you. You'll especially love the "Sewer Capacity Charge." This is essentially the bill that building owners have to pay in order to get a new building connected to the cities sewer system. However, thanks to a lovely little loophole in the city's laws, it is perfectly legal for the building management to pass this burden on to you via your utility bill - which Tripalink happily obliges too! You'll definitely enjoy paying around $50 a month for a bill that the building owners should have paid up front. Also, if you want the ethernet hook up to work in your room to work that will be another $60 a month because why not. TLDR: If you like Spirit airlines you will love this apartment building.

Clara is a convenient location as it's close to campus, UVille, and the Ave. The apartment complex is very new and is well maintained. The landscaping and common areas are always clean. The complex has Amazon Lockers which is great for package deliveries. The studio is actually very spacious and just the right amount of space for one person. I didn't tour my unit before moving in, but the unit looks exactly as the videos they provide. The studio is modern and everything works great. Tripalink is also responsive to maintenance requests if needed. Would recommend living here if you're looking for a studio.
