Olympic Manor Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years, I really like this area, always quiet and never problems with the neighbors, everything is in order.

Holly Lane Apartments is owned by the same person. I found it to be a spacious apartment in great location , good value for rent paid that includes heat. Property management was flexible and willing to work with me regarding lease terms due to personal extenuating circumstances.

Maybe not the worst apartments ever, but far from the best. For the price, you can likely find something better in the area. Management is basically non-responsive & the laundry situation is a scam. Heating is so outdated & inefficient that your bills in the winter will make you cry. If you move here, be prepared to spend upwards of $30 a month on laundry that smells like chlorine. The floors are very thin & you can hear almost every move anyone upstairs makes & full conversations. If you have other options, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Update: ONE STAR. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. THESE PEOPLE OWE ME $1400. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS. IF YOU MOVE OUT, JUST DON'T PAY YOUR LAST MONTH'S RENT. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSOT. Nice building. Nice neighbors. Fairly absent management, which isnt always a bad thing. A fair deal. The landlord is a nice, older guy who lives in California. Would totally recommend living here.
