Great location!! Management was very kind and helpful, and always gave prompt responses. I actually ended up moving out early since I realized I needed a bit more space, but for the location and price, it's definitely worth it! Would definitely recommend this place to students or folks looking for affordable housing options.

I've been here almost a year and I find the location one of the best assets of living here as I don't have a car. I can get around town easily, I'm happy in my unit, sure it's small but perfect for 1 person in my humble opinion, I moved here from California and never could afford my own apartment. My neighbors, so far, aren't too noisy and actually I rarely see anyone. Good price for a safe and comfortable home. Good management here, prompt response to any issues.

Great place for the price and location... youll see people bashing apodments online saying the rooms are crammed and depressing.... for a thousand bucks in Capitol Hill Id say it isnt half bad! The rooms at centro are a bit more expensive than other apodments I think because theyre bigger, but the thing I loved about this place was the location. 1 minute walk from Safeway, 4 minute walk from link station and broadway and a minute walk from Kaiser. So many conveniences close by makes centro so worth. I dont think I can find a better location than centro. The unit is small and after 5 months Ive noticed the refrigerator not working well (temperature not being consistent and foods freezing even after adjusting the dial), but if you just wanna live here for 6 or so months, Id recommend it. Especially for a summer internship. One con is that packages are nearly undeliverable. For smaller packages, you should sent it to amazon locker but for larger packages you pretty much cant get them delivered because the building is gated with a fence and the ups/usps drivers dont know how to get into each building. Ive seen them throw packages over the fence so dont ship to your house if something is delicate. Even if your package isnt broken, you have to go hunting for your package cause theres 6 or 7 buildings and theyre never at your building... prolly takes about 3 minutes to do this. For longer term housing it might be worth to get an actual studio though because eventually you might start hoarding stuff and the unit isnt big enough to keep pace with that.

Centro has been great for me! Close to work, right next to a grocery store and restaurant on 15th. The 8, 10 and 43 bus routes right there and just a short walk to light rail. You can't find a better price on Capitol Hill for a location like this.

Rating low because of the managers. There were little minor things I didn't even notice when I moved in and did my walk through to take note of and so never reported them. Such as scuffs on the door, little wear and tear on shelfs. They included these pictures in my final walk through. All things I had no control over. I left the place super clean and spotless. I spent my whole last week giving this place a very deep clean. My review is that I feel they are out for money to potentially not have to refund your deposit. They will ding you on every scratch, every chip of paint, every spot. Anything. So if you do decide to move here write down literally everything that's wrong. It wasn't perfect when I got it but I didn't expect it to be. But they definitely expect it to be when you leave. So report it all or avoid entirely.
