        Management is aware of and does not care about homeless people using the common space for narcotics. Makes your entire apartment smell like said drugs. They do not care.

        Management that bribed tenants to post positive reviews for raffle tickets. The laundry frequently breaks or is completely inaccessible without notice. They also posted a notice to enter without proper notice twice. Mail and laundry access was restricted for painting with no notice. The apartments are cheaply constructed and overall not worth the rate they are asking.

        Avoid at all costs. Hot as hell in the summer. Can't open the windows because the ~10 frat houses nearby party all night.

        I am a UW student, and I really like living here! It is close to my classes, U-Village, the Ave, and Udistrict Station. The complex also has a package/ mailing system to keep your deliveries and mail safe while you are gone. I think that my room has a nice layout, along with the bathroom and kitchen. There is also a breaker in each unit incase a fuse is blown.
