        This property is constantly letting its tenants shoot fireworks off its roof. Even though it's against the law.

        I lived here for 8 years. Its really the perfect location in S. Seattle (hyper close to public transportation) and the rent is affordable based on your income. Unfortunately, they struggle to keep landlords or maintenance workers because of how nasty it is. In 8 years, I had at least 8 different landlords. The garbage room is disgusting, and several units have roaches. If people dont report them, they spread. I even saw one in the elevator. What drew the line for me is when someone started peeing right in front of the door/ in the elevator and it wouldnt be cleaned for days. Also someone who works there let it slip that some units have rats. I didnt know apartments could get rats so I had to get out. Also, no guest parking. The best thing about this place is definitely the people. So much diversity! Still, I really think low-income tenants deserve better.
