        I have lived here for the past 3 months. Have been very happy with my apartment. Lago is in a great location. Just a 15 minute walk to light rail. All stadiums, Seattle, airport transportation access. Saves on parking fees & beating the traffic headaches. Popular Northgate stores near by. The property is very clean and well maintained. Property manager (Marc) goes above and beyond for any issues. Spent many hours resolving a internet issue. Parking is street only, but has not been an issue at all. On top of it all, very quiet here.

        I just recently moved out of Lago (August 2023) after living there for 2 years and I must say it was great. Well cleaned, maintained. The staff works really with your needs & responsive. Marc is excellent! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a short term rent affordable stay.

        This is actually Rosa Johnson; not Clarence (he is my husband and I don't have a goggle account). My stay at Lago for more than a year was very easy, felt safe, manager very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this residence without reservation.

        Great studio and low price! The staff here was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions that came up. Regularly cleaned and well maintained. I would definitely recommend!
