aPodment Suites at Fiora

Dangerous place to live. (April-Oct 2023) Meth lab operations in the building 2x. I reported it to management & other tenants confirmed the same experiences, & potentially a local drug operation going on. Dangerous people live here. As a female living here, I did not feel safe living in this community & health and safety issues were very real. End of September, a local homeless guy came into the building at 6:30AM & yelled "who stole my stash?? give it back now!" and then left. homeless people roam the area often probably related to drug activity. I lived at Fiora for 6 months. the apt itself was exactly what I needed, but a dangerous building & community with a severe lack of building management & ZERO community management. Management is in denial of how bad the problem is. Lots of disturbances & dangerous residents also. A male tenant tried to harass me briefly 2x while I lived there, it was a tall bald guy with a tattoo on right shoulder, I kept my distance & stood firm. This community is currently unsafe to live in. (Fiora and Giardino are neighboring buildings). The apt itself was fine. (budget/cheaply constructed) but fine. Made the most of it but it's not a quality place to live. 100% don't recommend living here.

I lived there for over 6 months on a Nursing travel assignment. Conveniently located next to Swedish Ballard where I worked, Starbucks right behind me, a car wash in front, and grocery stores walking distance. Loved it here. Small studios but I lived very comfortable and peaceful here. Highly recommend.

I got what I wanted: a cheap mini ministudio in a nice building in a nice neighborhood. I'm a one month transient and they couldn't have been more helpful. This is not a doss house, don't rent if you like to smoke all kinds of things in your personal space. They're way down on that. Quiet place with a common kitchen that everyone seems to respect and your very own bathroom.

This company was so amazing they helped in a really hard time in my life and made sure I had a roof over my head. This company is amazing and my apodment and facility was clean and very welcoming. And I know this is a huge thing for some people as it was for me THE WATER PRESSURE IS AMAZING. Also thbulding manager was always so helpful when I need her help with anything I give a 10 out of 10

The Fiora Apodments are a dream for anyone of any age. A small space with everything you could ever need in the heart of Ballard. Great price, location, and a super friendly building manager. Any time I had questions, they were always happy to help within a timely manner. Such a great experience!
