The Martha Anne Apartments has had multiple complaints from tenants and surrounding neighbors regarding the unsafe conditions behind the apartment-particularly the garages and garbage area behind the building. There has been numerous requests to the property manager (Cindy Matalon of Maven Properties NW) to secure and lock the garbage area and garage to prevent vagrants from creating a public nuisance by doing drugs in public, scattering trash and human waste in the public alley, and creating fire hazards that endangers the lives of the public. Despite months of contacting the property manager, Cindy has failed to prevent unsafe living conditions for tenants and surrounding neighbors.
