Georgian Properties

There is a lot of Yelling (in Spanish) every night around midnight. Every night! I live in the apartments just north of the Georgian and am woken up regularly. This place is a dump for trash.

By far worst apartment I've lived in. Found cockroaches about 2 months into living here. Residents are extremely disruptive and up at all hours. Walls are paper thin, you will hear all conversations. Internet is included, but didn't have any for multiple months. Laundry room door lock got changed in the middle of the day, with no warning or response as to what the new code was. I am a current resident, will update this comment if anything changes.

Just to update these are apartments. I have been here two years the place is newly renovated and the property is gated. The Ukrainian father daughter management team is everything you want in a landlord and more. They have gone above and beyond, exceeding ANY and ALL expectations. The location is centrally located and the neighborhood has a lot to offer within walking distance of Seattle Community College, Northgate Mall as well as many parks and eating establishments. The rent is competitive and comparable in area. Rent includes free wifi and yes furry friends are welcome!]
