TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Do not sign a lease here or with ANY property managed by Tecton Corporation. Move in experience was awful when nobody responded with a move in date, keys, or inspection. Just took our money. Should have known it would continue to be a nightmare. Some things we experience here: dog/human poop everywhere, muddy landscape that will drain water INTO your home, cockroaches, black mold, no responses for any maintenance work orders, thin walls, mail theft, and get this: INCREASING RENT AND FEES!!! For what???? To continue ignoring your tenants? No thank you. Do not live here I am not kidding.

Terrible management. Never had a correct phone number for any of the building contacts, a revolving door of managers and the property is absolutely trashed. Covered with litter and mud, two dog poop disposal bins that have never been emptied since weve lived here (a year), and multiple work orders that have gone ignored including black mold. Apartment flooded and took weeks to get a hold of someone. What an absolute nightmare.

Just dont do it. There have been 3 property managers within the year that I have been here. The first one was the only one that answered emails or phone calls. They put locks on the back gates but gave no one a key so someone broke the lock. There is an apartment that got shot up, I stoped counting at 15 bullet holes and management took 2 months to finally board up the windows. You hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing. Honestly, just dont waste your time with this complex and this leasing company.

Moved to 410. Great apartment. Very clean. Manager is very respectful and helpful when I needed stuff done to the apartment.
