        i would honestly give 0 stars if i could. this place is terrible for how much it is. half of the appliances are broken and everything was filthy before even moving in. stay away

        Dont rent here. The management team is far beyond unhelpful. They fall back on their word. It is extremely expensive for what you get. Utilities will randomly go up with 0 explanations. The parking garage looks like it is falling apart. Parking spots are tiny and are $105 a month. Not a very secured garage either. They dont care about anything but the money. Management wont help your situations you might encounter. Unprofessional and not friendly. Dont rent here.

        This place is a rip off. They upcharge utilities and students had moldcin apartments. The fix was to spray bleach. WAY to expensive poor living conditions and upcharged utilities.
