Great move in experience at a fair price. Trevor was able to help us along the whole process and we appreciate his help so much. The unit we moved into was a big upgrade over our last apartment.

I live in one of the recently renovated units where most of the craftsmanship is poor quality, one of the kitchen drawers never closes right, they forgot to connect water lines to the washer/dryer, etc. There was literally a hole under the sink in my kitchen to be able to see into my neighbors apartment. The heaters leak water, which you can tell have done that for years since there is damage on the hardwoods. The building itself has had maintenance issues with leaks spanning months. There were a few days where the basement floor had 2 inches of dirty water and pieces of the ceiling falling off. The next week they announced the rent would increase next leasing term (at minimum just horrible timing). The water was shut off at least 5-10 times over this repair period. They pressed pretty insistently to try to enter my unit without my permission when I wasnt there. The other tenants here will harass you, leave trash in the lobby for weeks, steal packages, overflow dumpsters, leave broken glass on sidewalks by entrances, leave entrances cracked open for hours. Most of my interactions with staff have been friendly, especially maintenance, but I honestly wish I could move out sooner than when my lease is up. Edit: In the last month, the building has now been treated for roaches, and Ive had property management need to enter the unit 3 times for unrequested maintenance, and at least 2 more water shutoffs.
