DO NOT APPLY HERE unless you are ready to pay a $200 holding fee where you only have 48 hours to get a refund. For context, I was an MFTE applicant and the process takes weeks, so I wanted a backup in case my other apartment fell through. Michelle, in the leasing office, knew of my situation where I was applying to another apartment, and this was my backup. She DID NOT SPECIFY that I had to cancel within 48 hours and as a result I lost this deposit. This is corporate greed overtaking the housing market in Seattle. I would recommend not applying in person. She sat me down at her desk to apply after the showing and felt rushed.

Extremely noisy and busy street (firetruck, police and ambulance sirens and construction all around), Denny park is crime-ridden and the back alley is not safe. Bike storage cannot be used, because it has been broken into multiple times. There is a funky smell in the hallways. The floorboards, carpeting and appliances are all dated and not of high quality. I guess the price reflects this.

Awesome virtual tour experience. The leasing team was extremely attentive and communicative. The building and units where also by far some of the best designed we saw, with great natural lighting. The location is also ideal in the North Loop.
