        The new property management has been great to work with and has actually solved problems rather than creating them. Happy with the changes so far!

        So far I really like my apartment. It has good view, market nearby, dog friendly and a lot of restaurant around. However, i hope that someone can come and vacuum the hall way and clean the laundry room and the elevator. It will make me happy with this place :) Update: They saw my review and there is a guy come clean the hall way and dog area every 2 weeks. And just extend my lease for another year

        I just now moved here in their 2bedroom apartments. The apartment is very old, cant get hold of landlord, maintenance, the whole management system sucks here. My kitchen sink water hasnt been functioning since I moved here and the bathroom sink isnt draining. I feel bad for MySelf the rest of the year.

      Hello Siman. I am sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with Emerald Place thus far. I would like to ensure that you have the proper avenues to reach myself (Cimone, Community Director) or my assistant and maintenance as we are a new team at Emerald Place as of last week.
