It's okay. The building has had issues since the beginning; the building used to have some serious pipe issues that would trigger the fire-alarm (that has been fixed, after 5 or so years). The board was more concern to put back a TV on the lobby than fixing the rooftop (which it was just not up to code with the city). There are some obvious improvements that can be done: create an enclosed area in the top parking for bicycles, and make the other spots guest parking only; this way you can remove the remote and discourage the guest parking abuse. They have recently added cameras in the basement, which it's great, but haven't hear of any results from that action (we have had plenty of storage unit break-ins). We lost our waiting area for a hideous packaging box thing, I hope it will work... we have had plenty of issues with packages stolen and/or left in the lobby for a really long time. A lot of the studios are oddly designed; the bathrooms are huge and they come with build-in Murphy beds. The management company is CW Group, which doesn't really do much to be honest. Previews review said that it looked like animals lived here; yeah, many people with pets live in the building. Sometimes they leave them roaming around (and pooping) in the hallways. The last thing I smelled, some a-hole left their dog poop bags in the lobby's trash, the trash room is right down the hall! Some neighbors smoke (cigarettes) in their units and regardless of many complaints nothing happens. Many People in this building don't know the code of recycling! Breakdown your boxes! (Foam and plastic bags are not recyclable in the City of Seattle). People violate the safety policy by having welcoming mats outside their units, where can become tripping hazards in an emergency. Multiple brake-ins, likely because of drivers don't wait for the garage door to close. The storage unit areas are often left with a lot of garbage outside the units (even if you complain to the building management) it takes a while to clean it up. The 3 stars is because, our landlord is considerate, and the location is unbeatable! (For our commute). The units have some nice amenities (in-unit washer and dryer, nicer appliances than rentals, modern finish, our unit has good layout, it has secured parking and storage). The other thing, many units seem completely over-priced for owning (although typical of Seattle).

Your door code doesn't work for deliveries and residents don't answer their phones.

It was a terrible place, it looks like bunch of animals lived here before. I felt like throwing up when I looked at the place.
