    I love it here! The management is really responsive and if anything happens in the building they are quick to fix it! There are no thrills such as a massive, sleek lobby but the roof is one of a kind! I love the roof so much and whenever I bring someone over to show them their jaw drops. You can see everything you could desire from there!! The studio I have is good sized! Huge restroom, plenty of storage space, washer/drier, up to date appliances, and it is pretty quiet! I seen comments on here saying you can hear your neighbors but I honestly haven't heard anything. People I encounter are respectful and say hey when passing in the halls. It is a great option. The hallways in the apartment are a little dated and street parking can be difficult but that's every big city. For the price, this place is a steal!! Definitely jump on in and join the community if there is a opening!

    tl;dr - the new Property Manager (John) deserves a raise (looking at you, Building Owner!). The building is fantastic. I've been a resident for over a year now and absolutely love everything about living here! When I first moved in, there were a few normal / expected issues that come along with living in a big, busy city (package theft, primarily). However, when John took over in 2023 everything improved...and I mean everything! I've noticed massive improvements in the following areas: - Safety: John fixed the package lockers and implemented new policies closing garage doors and side-entries. Since then, I have had ZERO packages go missing and have seen ZERO non-residents/guests in the building. A huge improvement! - Cleanliness: John has been on top of ensuring the building is spotless. There used to be random items in the stairwells and messes in the elevator, but John has made sure the common areas are cleaned and then STAY clean. - Communication: John is incredibly quick to send out building-wide notifications when there are issues and provides immediate updates when relevant. I've reached out to make note of certain things (a broken lock on a communal entry door, for instance) and John has promptly responded and FIXED said things every time. Literally ALL of the complaints in the older 1 star reviews on the building have been addressed and fixed. Aside from that, the units themselves are fantastic. - Noise: noise DOES NOT carry through the walls from other apartments. Someone noted that it was loud in a prior review and I am frankly stumped at how they came to that conclusion. My neighbors have had late night parties with numerous people and I could only hear the fun shenanigans when I walked directly past their door. Hell, I had 40 people over at one time with music blaring until past midnight...when I asked my next door neighbors if they could hear anything the response was "you have people over?" - Spacious: the first floor lofts are so lovely. Tons of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling 2 story windows. I have 30+ plants and they're all happy as can be. Final thought...all the other residents I've spoken with are great! Final final though...it's a VERY pet friendly building (seems like everyone has at least a dog or a cat).

    [NEW UPDATE 2/26] John has acknowledged our communication and initiated full refund of our deposit. Our original impression of an excellent experience with John now stands! [OLD UPDATE 2/21: Bad move out experience] We thought everything was going well with John and June, until we had a bad experience while moving out. They charged us 40% of our deposit for what is "normal wear and tear" and for cleaning. Nornally we would not have minded this if we had not put a lot of effort doing a deep cleaning of the unit and a walk through inspection with John before moving out. He was clearly impressed seeing the clean unit. Additionally, we had also submitted a decent amount of evidence on the bad move-in condition of the unit and the clean condition that we left it after move-out. John was a great property manager until we moved out. Before we moved out, our opinion looked pretty much like below & the new reviews that John probably is making people do now, like he did with us: [Old review: BEFORE MOVE OUT] We have lived here for 2+ years now and can say that It's turned into a great place to stay overnight right after John joined as our resident Property Manager (on-site) in Aug, 2023. John is a real gem. The maintenance schedules, communication, follow-ups, building security checks and general notifications from John are just excellent.     This place is wonderful! The property manager is super responsive and caring! I feel so safe and blessed to stay at June. The view of seattle makes my day! Super awesome gym too. We also have a pretty good size parking garage which is lucky to find these days in seattle! Over all I highly reccommend.
