A very nice, safe, affordable, clean building in a beautiful area in Ballard The building manager Kish is the absolute BEST building manager you could ever ask for! He is a great buddy he treats us all so well & with respect! He keeps our building clean & you feel safer with him being the manager hereit always makes my day better seeing & chatting with him & feeling so safe in his Aura as our manager & friend. Management & maintenance staff are great as well & quick to take care of any issues on the property, they help their residents with any issue efficiently & the neighborhood is full of close by amenities!

I booked this place from Italy before arriving in Seattle, and couldn't have found a better more affordable place to live in Ballard. I've stayed almost two years, waiting for my name on a wait list to show up, and when it did I actually considered not moving into Senior Housing, as I was so comfortable at Riano. The building manager is absolutely wonderful, a joy to see in the hallways and chat with, and on the rare occasions I've needed help he is there to help, competently and always with humor. The lease manager has been kind to me all the way though, courteous and understanding, and I've felt he is a friend although we've never met. I recommend this micro unit without hesitation. Judy Cree

This was my 2nd stay here. I am 51 with a solid professional career staying here between times in joining with my family. For the money and convenience you cant beat this facility. You get what you should expect and pay for is why I give it 5 stars. Rooms are small, but have tall ceilings, and I was fortunate enough to have corner room that allows for two windows. I highly recommend these rooms. It is very quiet and has everything I needed for the money. The staff is very responsive and has managed this Covid issue as safely and responsible as possible. The area around the trash bend tends to smell a bit at times, but they provide cleaning services that keep the place fairly clean enough on a weekly basis. Again, for the money...this place is great. Laundry units have worked perfectly (pay machines) and kitchens on each floor are great (I cooked a lot) and kept clean. Great job Riano team!

I have been living in the aPodment Suites at Riano for a little over a year now and I love this place!!! I own a home in Salt Lake City but I work fulltime in Seattle so price was important when I was choosing a place to live due to having a mortgage in SLC and wanting a nice place to live in Seattle without breaking the bank so this has been a godsend. The awesome part is that I was able to find a place that works for my budget that is also an amazing place to live. The apartments are beautiful, all of the utilities and WiFi are included in the monthly rent and I am in a beautiful neighborhood in Ballard within walking distance of stores (Safeway, Target, and others), lots of great restaurants and food options (Subway, 8oz Burgers, a great Italian Restaurant, Five Guys Burgers, and others). The Building appears brand new, it is clean and well maintained, it is in a great neighborhood but still has keyed entry to ensure safety and most of the people I've met since living here are fabulous neighbors. The Building offers great community kitchens on each floor with balconies overlooking the neighborhood, there are two laundry rooms with clean and well maintained washers and dryers that are only $1.00 a load, I'm saving thirty or forty dollars a month just on the cost I was paying going to a laundromat. I could not be happier with this wonderful place I get to live, if you are looking for a fabulous, safe, amazing and affordable place to live, I think you would enjoy it here!!!
