Good clean unit, exactly what you're gonna see on their website. Great rates for all utilities. The internet here is great at 100mbs down and up. But when it doesn't work, forget it's down for hours like the entire day. I experienced 4 day long outages in half a year. I'd recommend getting your own internet provider. I also wish communication with tenants are better. For example, an email that projects like new internet devices will be installed and internet will be severely impacted for several days. And if building exterior will be cleaned, tell your tenants to close Windows. I'm sure communication is an issue everywhere but here as well nonetheless.

I've lived in my micro studio almost 5 years and have had an excellent experience. When I first moved in I thought... "It's so small I'll last 6 months to a year max." I grew to love the minimal living thing though. There's a lot of others who feel the same, there's several people in this building who have been here years. If you're looking for something that saves money everything is included in your rent electricity, internet, water, garbage etc. My units design is really well thought out in comparison to other buildings I've seen - really maximizes storage space and a has modern industrial feel. Management is also extremely responsive, maintenance and housekeeping are all pleasant. I'd recommend the 5902 to anyone looking into minimal living.
