Black mold in the bathroom and kitchen when I first moved in, the carpet stunk of wet cigarettes & feet first day, and the laundry room is a dank dungeon with malfunctioning machines. A breeding ground for pests, fungus, and other ilk alike.
Walls in the bathroom and bedrooms were sweating even with the dehumidifier and heater running. Even with proper care the deposit will NEVER be refunded regardless of lease terms due to dilapidated conditions. Currently filing against them as I type this.
The manager(s) here are SLUM lords, don't fix any of the issues or take you conditions. Don't risk your longterm health for a cheap price.
