The new management has done an amazing job at responding to our requests in a timely manner and has resolved the trash issues that were an issue when I first moved in. Super convenient location for UW student's!

Radian Apartments is under NEW MANAGEMENT with Redside Partners! The trash problem has been resolved and we make every effort to be available for residents needs. It is our standard to provide quality customer service and build community so our students can maintain a positive academic focus.

The new management at Radian Apartments has done an excellent job communicating with tenants, quickly responding to requests, and building a supportive living community. They have gone above and beyond to let residents know they care about making Radian a great place to live. The trash issues have quickly resolved under their new management and their management team is always friendly! The location is a quick 10 minute walk to UW campus and great for students!

I've been living at Radian Apartments for a while now, and I must say, the recent change in management has truly elevated the living experience here! The new team is not only responsive and helpful, but they also bring a fresh and cool vibe that makes everything more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are comfortable, plus, the location in the U District is unbeatable close to campus, great cafes, and shops, making it perfect for students and young professionals alike. If you're looking for a place in the U District, Radian should definitely be at the top of your list. The combination of a cool management team and a vibrant community vibe makes living here a real pleasure!

This apartment manager is dishonest and fraudulent. They try to hoax you by signing the lease but charged every unit (we asked about other 30 tenants) over $3000 when moving out. They bill you for every single light bulb, chair, table, rug for replacement, and charged cleaning fee twice (one for cleaning, one for rug cleaning). Remember to take pictures for every thing when you move in and out!! Especially the microwave oven. They used one picture of damaged microwave oven and sent it to over 8 units, saying it's damaged and charged $500 for it. It's a total HOAX!
