        DO NOT RENT HERE. This is the most poorly managed building I have ever leased from, the property manager smokes cigarettes in the lobby, they do not respond to maintenance issues, you may go months without working laundry machines, and they do not pay back security deposits. The owners do not communicate with residents on issues like expected water or power outages, and they can't even set up a door buzzer. NOT WORTH THE VIEW.
