        One of the worst experience with the management. They double booked the apartment with their website glitch and didnt have the courtesy to inform in time. I was left without a home 4 days before my moving. Having lived across various leases in Seattle. By far the worst experience.

        Thomas Street Lofts are gorgeous and modern, in the perfect Capitol Hill location. The lofts are very open and allow tons of natural light in, with a beautiful city and Space Needle view from the rooftop. Quiet community, and I appreciate Alison's attention to detail and making the building feel like home. Couldn't recommend this building more!

        The loft units are spacious, airy with a open kitchen and updated appliances. Pretty quiet as well even though my unit faces 12th.
