The apartments are pretty, but the management company (peak living services) doesnt take essential repair requests seriously. I moved in at the beginning of December and my toilet has been completely non-functional since then. They let me use the bathroom in a vacant unit until they get my bathroom fixed, but its been nearly a month now and the repairs havent been made. The staff here hasnt taken my issues seriously. Every time, they send someone to my apartment who diagnoses the issue, and then their internal maintenance team decides to change the repair plan and says they need a few days to get approval from the owner. I regret moving here and I would urge others not to lease here. The building is very old and its quite possible that other units have similar problems. The staff here will not resolve your issues in a timely manner
