This place is advertised as 800 dollars but thats a lie. They let you apply and once you have applied and paid the deposit they will tell you, oh the apartment we had for you is not there anymore but we have this one for 970 dollars. Then every year they increase your rent by 75-85 dollars. Next thing you know just living there 2 years and you are paying 1200 dollars for a studio. But the big sign outside still says 800 dollars. They lie.

Cortena Apodmemts in Capitol Hill in Seattle is an amazing place to live. You can walk within a few blocks to the light rail station. The grocery store QFC is only a few blocks away as well as many neighborhood shops and restaurants make this location superb. The units are comfy and come furnished with a twin bed, a desk, and a chair. These pods or micro studios as some call them are designed for one person that has minimal items. The units boast a shower and toilet within an enclosed room and the unit itself has a window or multiple windows or even a patio if you choose a more roomy loft type of pod. The kitchen is a shared space on the entry level containing a stove, sink, two washers and dryers accepting an ap for payment. $1 for wash or dry. Units include a high speed internet connection, heat, water, sewage, electric which makes them a very frugal and affordable option. The residents are a mixture of ages and work professions. You wont find a better value and location.
