The current outside hire management has been truly disappointing, weve had cruddy apartments with a lack of accountability on maintenance, it takes ages to get essential things like screens, fridges, dishwashers, and communal washer/dryers fixed the floorboards are barely holding on, and our windows leak with every rainfall and weve had rent spikes. And forget coming to the new manager with these issues, because shell tell you its your fault and remind you that you can leave if you have a problem.

The new management is awful and rude. If I could afford to move I would. Its not even worth checking out the apartments anything broken will stay that way. The whole place feels like it was put together as cheaply as possible, the floor boards are held on by staples and (its seems) Elmers glue. And apparently Im one of the lucky ones for having windows that leak and arent completely broken. Last but not least they are increasing the rent of the whole building by 30-60% personally Id stay away

My daughter recently signed a lease for this place. While moving in they discovered mold throughout the unit - covered up in the kitchen, in the bathroom and several windows. This was AFTER two supposed cleanings of the unit. The place was gross but the management filthy. First they threatened withholding rent if they wanted to move out then made an overture to test for mold and make remediations, claiming they had 80 years of experience and protocol for doing so. ALL LIES. Then they decided they didn't want to do anything and stopped talking to me. Apparently they are in the middle of trying to sell this place so were eager to rent this place to unsuspecting young people who are forced to sign a lease BEFORE an inspection. The supposed (also threatening) property manager, Jaynie, did not complete an inspection and left the walk through failing to point out the mold. The 206PM also failed to enclose a mold disclosure form as mandated by WA State. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
