Lexicon Apartments

I was live in Lexicon 4 years and always was happy! Appartment's manager Jeff always was so nice with everybody . And responsible on if ever anything broken. He was sending imediatelly maintenance people and he was cheking if they fix properly .

While searching for a 1-Bedroom MFTE I inquired with Lexicon and received an invitation to tour from their Resident Manager Jeff. When I arrived I was confident in the management due to the building having local property management company Blanton Turner's Branding on the front entrance. I soon learned that the building was no longer managed by Blanton Turner, however, they are continuing to use their good reputation as false advertisement. I was shown what I was told was an MFTE one-bedroom+den that I was eager to apply for. I received the application shortly after touring, with the rental rate for an MFTE 2-Bedroom. The apartments seem nice but the management seems unresponsive, unorganized, uniformed, and completely wasted my time and their own. Apartment searching is exhausting and time consuming and I would not recommend even considering this community based on my experience.

We lived here for three years - while there were some hiccups, for the most part it was a great place to live! Location near train is fantastic. Rooftop is amazing. Had some trouble with package theft, but so does every place in Capitol Hill. Never really heard our upstairs neighbors.
