        THERE ARE MAJOR ISSUES with the upkeep and cleanliness of this -otherwise, nice building. The inside of the building is dirty and SELDOM vacuumed, there are smudges and dirt on the walls and the elevator. The front door seems to not latch properly AT LEAST 50 % of the time, which puts all the building tenants (and their packages) at risk!. When the power went out recently the emergency lights DID NOT WORK (which as everybody knows is a City Code violation). I would not recommend living there... the only time those carpets see a vacuum, is when the lazy building manager is trying to pretend the building is clean for the benefit of prospective tenants!
