Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to a fire alarm because someone was smoking fentanyl in the staircase. Repeat 3-4 times a month.

Poor mgt, & ignore all complaints, Drugs, thugs & built poorly, thin walls, no oven + need additional heating during winter months. Tenants can get away with murder for they can't evict you! Nothing but drug users, nut jobs and homelessness! More like a collage dorm. Emergency fire ambulance & police sirens 24 hours a day Elevator down 2 & a half weeks!! There is no such office location building in Bellevue, fraud. Don't do it!!

Moved here at the start of the summer with my husband and our cat and we love it here so far. Nice little playground for the building's kids to play at, lots of community activities, management is super responsive to any issues. New appliances with decent storage space in the kitchen. Good sized bathroom with a comfy tub for soaking. Overall, we love it here!

I have been here for almost 6 months now and it has been a great fit for my wife and me. Close to transit and surprisingly affordable for the space we are getting. Generally good vibes from the neighbors and the in building community!
