This was a decent, reasonably priced apartment building when I moved in around 2012ish? Nothing fancy, but a good value and the landlord was helpful and agreeable, willing to work with you if money was ever tight. Unfortunately he sold the building around 2015 to a wealthy couple from the Eastside who ended up being an absolute nightmare, two of the most repulsive individuals I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They told me flat out that they intended to get rid of all the current tenants, and tried their best to do so by doubling the rent, violating our privacy, strictly enforcing arbitrary rules, and generally being blatantly rude and unpleasant.
They went on to violate my rights as a tenant when they changed my locks and placed my belongings outside one day while I was at work. Unfortunately I was young and naive, and didnt now that this was illegal until long after it was done.
I hope for the renters' sake that they no longer own the property, there is nothing positive I can say about them.
