I moved in once the building opened and have lived here for the past 2 years. In that time I've had 0 issues with management or my unit. The management team has always been very friendly and professional, and my apartment was the most well-built and quiet space I've ever lived in.

I live here and an very happy with it. It is a quiet building and the leasing office is very helpful. Location is great, I would recommend it to anyone.

I've lived here for 5 months so far and am a huge fan of this building! The management team is super responsive to resident requests and proactive at taking care of issues. The rooftop has an amazing view and the location is great. Maintenance issues do seem to come up more often than I'd expect with a new building (e.g. issues with the parking garage door or elevator), but management is quick to get them fixed. They resolved a super non-urgent maintenance request that I put in within two days! The fixtures and finishes in-unit are very nice. The only reason for one star off is we can hear our upstairs neighbors and their dog pretty clearly through the ceiling. One of the drawbacks of a pet friendly building and not having carpet I suppose, but the sound proofing between units could be a little better.
