Im not a resident, however my daughter lives here and overall the building is really nice and the y its are super cute. The down side is that some of the residents allow their young children ro run throughout the building and there has been food in hallways, the laundry facility is can be a mess at times and the poor garbage and recycle room is terrible like why throw garbage on the floor when there are clearly dumpsters. For this building to be new you would think people could be more appreciative and respectful. I really hope it gets cleaned up and let the residents know the importance of a nice place.

worst communication skills with the team. And they lack People Skills and communication skills so if anyone needs an apartment do not go here at all they are horrible and a unreliable team to talk to
