        Hello everyone, I lived in 1715 NW 58th for almost a year, I paid my rent always on time, I was very respectful to other tenants. After I left a town, I was waiting 21 days for returning my security deposit. I emailed 3 times and called 1 time, but nobody answered me. It has been almost 8 days beyond the designated time they should have returned my security deposit, but still no answer. I checked my portal and there was a cleaning fee on my balance after 37 days I vacate the building. I returned the apartment in a very good shape and I wiped the floor with disinfectant. I have no idea why they did that to me. Very unreliable company. I would never ever again rent from them.

        Small individual studio like rooms rented but in good up keep and have bathroom, kitchen, bedroom area in the one I seen. Then the laundry room and kitchen is shared in a separate closed area. Very clean and well kept just small to me.
