Good luck viewing apartments here. We made 2 separate viewing appointments and got stood up twice with no follow up.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS BUILDING. The elevator NEVER works. Ive been living here for almost a year and contacted them SEVERAL times to know when they are going to fix it and they never replied back. Utilities are $175 which is ridiculously expensive for the building conditions. Neighbors have been stealing packages since I moved here and despite the fact that its not building managers fault, they do nothing to stop this (like put cameras on common areas). Theres a REASON WHY they have so many apartments available all the time.

Be careful renting from this building. Glenn the property manager is nice, but the owner Kenneth Kaplan at Kaplan Real Estate Services stole my deposit. I requested a reconsideration since they were charging me for carpet when there was no carpet in my unit and the threatened to charge me more for "damages" when I only lived there for a year. I saw reviews like this prior to moving in and thought it was an issue with management, which had changed when I moved. It is clearly a reoccurring issue with the owners.
