BODE 125

After living here for a year, I can honestly say AVOID THE PLACE. Our apartment got flooded out (bodes liability) while they were remodeling and us being shuffled around, some of the staff decided to steal roughly 1200 dollars of my belongings. But I saved the best for last....day after we get settled back in, I have a bullet come through the wall and hit my forearm. Management knew who was responsible and still did nothing about it.. This place is the absolute worst.

Visited, was not impressed. and now bode 125 is trying to take any money we put down.

The units are over priced and small. The sink is so small that water gets everywhere when you wash dishes. The washer dryer combo leaves your clothes wet and will have to hang to dry. The property manager Bailey is immature will refuse to speak with you about concerns. They have threatened and harassed me. The neighborhood is basically an outdoor homeless shelter. Stay away from bode!

I would have gave this apartment complex a two stars but with all the hassle, communication, had to switch units, packages being stolen was just too much. With rent and utilities, the cost is too high. The apartments is always late issues you a utility bill, sometimes the company wait three plus month. My first nine month living here, I paid for one bill and then got billed for eight months worth of bills. The commutation with the leasing office is bad. Packages are stolen, the apartment complex does not want to take any responsibility but we love my a soup kitchen and homeless Shelters. There is no parking. New apartments are being built not even a half a block and soon parking with be more of an issue. There are homeless people constantly in and out. Packages cant be delivered because there is no way of getting in the building. You will be fined if you give out the fire code to anyone, including people delivering your packages. There is a hub locker that no freight carrier like to use. This building is just designed portly and difficult. I would think twice about moving here.

Dirty hallways, unhelpful staff. Elevator breaks and isn't fixed for weeks at a time. Lots of package theft.
