Great apartment, terrific onsite staff. But the mobile key through the app was a total fail. And door code never refreshed when the company changed it. Wildly unsafe.

**Sonder Solis: Ideal Location with a Few Hiccups** My recent stay at Sonder Solis was a pleasant experience overall. Situated conveniently close to numerous eateries, bars, and boasting a welcoming LGBTQ+ ambience, it provided an excellent base for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. One of the highlights of Sonder Solis is its prime location, allowing for enjoyable strolls to nearby attractions and eliminating the need for pricey ride-share apps. Additionally, the proximity to bus stops, just a short walk away, made navigating the city effortless, especially with the convenient all-day pass ORCA card option. The journey downtown via bus was smooth, taking only 15-20 minutes, and offered a refreshing contrast to the bustling downtown area, with noticeably fewer disruptions from the homeless population. During my stay, I found the amenities to be satisfactory. The heater provided much-needed warmth during the chilly weather, and the water cooler in the hallways was a thoughtful touch for guests to refill their bottles. Although I didn't get the chance to fully enjoy the rooftop deck due to the cold, it seemed like a promising spot for relaxation. However, there were a few minor issues that detracted from the experience. The lack of bathroom ventilation was noticeable and could potentially be addressed for guests' comfort. Furthermore, the flickering bedroom light was a nuisance, and despite attempts to troubleshoot, I opted not to use it. Navigating the entry process to my unit, particularly inputting the code in multiple locations, felt a bit cumbersome, and unfortunately, I encountered difficulties with the Sonder mobile app, which was an inconvenience. Despite these minor setbacks, the location's convenience and the surrounding amenities make Sonder Solis a compelling choice for future stays. If the aforementioned issues are addressed, it would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.
