Viola Apartments

It's a great and quiet location for studying and working in the studio at Viola Apartment! I've lived here for half a year with L-shape studio! For me, it's easier to make it like 1b1b floor plan. I love the aesthetic color on the wall. The landlord and his assistance are always friendly, supportive and helpful if there's something needs to be repaired or if I needs any helps. I lived other apartments before, here is my favorite. Also, it's a new building and has a great lake view with sunset! I love enjoying it and go on the rooftop to get sunlight and relax for a while! The clean public environment, recycle room, and security lock makes me feel safe and calm so that I can focus on my work and relax at the same time. You can get the good vibe if you decide to live here! 5 minutes walk to get bus stop to the downtown, 10 minutes to UW campus, H-mart, and Coffeeshops - Seafab with lake view and a 3 mins to a walking/running trial. Highly recommend! :)

Great spot, very close walk to a lot of UW. Especially good for internship/student housing.

Great place! Stayed with them for a short, 3-month(-ish) lease during the Summer. The building is very new and the units are great with good appliances. Anson (the landlord) is very understanding and available, making things like the check in/out process or requests fast, nice, and easy. Even though it is right next to the I-5, the windows are thick and you can barely hear anything, plus 7th ave doesn't have much movement too. My biggest complaint would be that the first floor gets a bit dirty, but everything else is very good. Small things that I really enjoyed was laundry unit every floor, having an Amazon Locker for deliveries, and a rooftop you can watch the lake from with your friends. Overall, would recommend it for either Summer or year-round leases!
