I lived here from the time the building was opened in September 2021 until the end of December 2022. Dont move here. Management is horrible and so are the owners. There is no on-site property manager like they claim, but an alcoholic maintenance man who does illegal activity in back alley. Your packages will be stolen, the hallways smell like trash because tenants leave it in front of their doors, and people dont clean up after their dogs. At one point they locked us out of the shared balconies. Management mocks tenants and definitely only cares about money, not your well being or safety. Jan 22nd, 2023
