There are cockroaches from the restaurants below, PAPER THIN walls, no sunshine, dust, ventilation units as a view, crackheads on the streets and a tyrannical landlord. Expect your entire security deposit to be non refunded and severe depression from your poor choice to live here. Spare yourself and move to any of the other non coho properties in Chinatown or surrounding Seattle area.
