        I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The location is wonderful, the views are beautiful and the management is responsive and professional. I would recommend it to anyone, I was definitely sad to leave!

        We lived here for 18 months and it was absolutely fantastic. Gorgeous building and views, ideal location, and on site property manager who couldnt be more kind or responsive to maintenance and other requests. You cannot find better apartments in the area - especially with such a lovely view. We were sad to leave.

        These are great apartments if you value location, outside space and views over the newest of finishes and fixtures. I lived here for almost 2 years, and enjoyed light, views of Rainier, downtown, and the Olympics all year long. Location is amazing. New management has done a great job fixing up the exterior and is always very quick to respond to needs.

        STAY AWAY Tried to rent an apartment here, the manager ran off with my money and the owner won't pay me back or honor the lease i signed. Now I have no where to move to and no money to do it with. These are the nightmare types of people and companies you read about that scam and take advantage of people, stay away.
