        Franchesca is a great property manager. Maintenance is very responsible and responds promptly and fast. There are no issues with any neighbors. This place is a gem in Seattle very close to Alki Beach. Mioposto is very close, and so is LA Fitness and Whole Foods.

        Great Spot in West Seattle, rent price is great, location is immaculate, property manager Franchesca is super nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend

        Awesome spot. I've been living here for a while, and the property is well managed, and maintenance is great. Never any issues. Franchesca is very genuine and a great manager. She always wants to help. People here are super nice as well!

        constant noise. they have a crew that comes by regularly with 2 leafblowers and takes forever ,blowing dirt around a cement parking lot
