        Great little place for the price. The leasing manager lives onsite and is very attentive, easy to reach, and laid back in a good way. The other tenants are friendly and Ive never had any issues with the surrounding area. Youll be hard pressed to find another apartment in Capitol Hill at this price range for what youre getting. Only drawback is that the appliances are a little older and there arent really any amenities - but it makes sense for the price range.

        They put available apartments for 1200$ but when i called to their manager and wanted to get tour he told me price is 1400$ and all 4 apartments for 1200$ suddenly gone.
