There are no amenities... Maintenance seemingly has no license but loves to come in an destroy your plumbing and leave hols for vermin in you wall. It honestly unbelievable how neglected theses apartments are.

The foundation is sagging making half the building droop, when the bathroom ceiling was leaking sewage it took them nearly a month the fix it, washing machine and tub were improperly installed and leak sewer gas into the apartment that they will not fix, there are multiple drug dealers that draw in a lot of junkies that leave used needles around. There are two aggressive dogs that have attacked multiple people and pets that management and police department wont help with, and there hasnt been anybody working the office in over a month. Save yourself the trouble, avoid at all cost.

If I could give zero stars God know's I would. Me and my husband had the worst experience living here. When we lived at Finley it was way better and so was the management back in 2021... The Management there now is beyond horrible I can't describe how disgusted I am with this place, and the managers that work here. They may have changed them again since then, but talk about Disrespectful , unethical, and unprofessional. They don't fix a thing, lived here for 6 months and had to ask 3 months straight for repairs and when they come to fix it, it's right back in the same position it was in BROKE. I really hope this place gets it together because the way they treat there residents is just unfathomable. Also I thought when you moved into an apartment that you've spent a nice amount on it's to be move in ready. Lol not at Avenue 42 .. They moved us into an apartment that needed so much more to be done. I didn't get my application deposit back like i was told. Just out of pocket.. This place should really be torn down and rebuilt with better managers that actually have management skills and or a degree in business management because what they have going on is just unorganized and all over the place. Get it together for real.
