Briza Apartments

S*** lords Crooks .If you wanna deal with windows with broken seals & the after math of a huge light bill because the heat won't stay in your apartment.The building is not properly insulated plan on hearing everything that's going on in the apartment below you and the apartment next to you .65% of the your nabors will be senor citizens that complain about anything you can think of.Don't expect your over priced deposit back they will say everything's new to get you to move in then wait till you leave charge you for things that were never working properly since the day you moved in. Yes there is an ant infestation doesn't matter the floor .

I also Experience bad property management, and an ant problem on the first floor. Our lease was 1 year and the ants never went away, even tho they said they had pest control come out.. it was bad, you would see ants everyday. I also believe there was mold that was painted over near the closet. I would not recommend these apartments.

I lived in the Briza Apartments from October 2018 until October of 2020. Through the course of living there we went through countless issues and 3 different property managers. All I will say about living on the first floor is, you will have an ant problem. There is an ant nest on the property and although the ants are coming from the back by the smoking area, the ants in your unit will be considered YOUR problem and they won't exterminate in your unit for you. Every other apartment I have lived in, if we had a pest problem we had the exterminators come for free. The property managers were all rude, unhelpful, and down right disrespectful over the course of the 2 years we lived there. We eventually were FORCED to move out because our upstairs neighbor flooded their unit and it created water damage on almost every single wall in our unit. Something that didn't concern us at all, was a result of a neighbors accident, made us have to find a new place to live in the matter of 5 days because it was either that, or pack all our stuff up and put it in storage and find somewhere to live for a whole month while they renovated. The amount of money we paid to not even have a washer and dryer in our unit, and these continuous problems that didn't stem from anything we caused was not worth the money at all. The only positive thing to report is that there is plenty of parking. I don't recommend living here unless you wish to go through plenty of issues and have them be unresolved by unhelpful staff.
