Alexan 100

I've lived here since April 2022, and I really do love this building/my experience so far. The staff is super attentive and present, and whenever there have been maintenance requests they are on top of it. They also listened to the residents when we were really frustrated with the Fetch package company, so they got rid of it. As for the actual location, it's in a really convenient spot in Queen Anne and if you're as lucky as me, you could get full water views! If not, just enjoy the rooftop lounge. Best place to work remotely!

The Alexan 100 is an amazing complex, my girlfriend moved up here two years ago and although I do not live here full time the staff welcomes me and treats me as one of their residents. The leasing staff is always friendly, professional, caring and in good spirits. The maintenance team is very responsive and on top of keeping the building to a high standard. The staff has gone above and behind to satisfy all my girlfriends needs and with more than expected. I would recommend this building 100% the rooftop view is stunning and the 7th floor lounge is an awesome spot to have gatherings. I recommend considering this complex in your search of a new home! I've been living at the Alexan100 Apartments for about 2 years, and in those two years I have always felt that the staff have been incredible. David, Irene, Jodi, & Moises, you have all gone above and beyond in your duties to make me feel welcomed, safe, and excited to call this place home. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, they have great community benefits like having a professional pet groomer come in monthly, they have a gym, and a stunning rooftop area/view, and the team is responsive, and cares. Please consider this apartment in your search, you wont be disappointed.

This was one of first apartments I toured when moving into this area ~ 8 months ago. I knew from the start that it was a place I could call home. The Property Manager (David) was, and still is very welcoming, genuine, and always takes the time to understand any issue and goes above and beyond to help out. The entire on-site team (leasing/maintenance) has been consistent with providing a very pleasant experience.
