Samara Apartments

I lived in these apartments for 2 years and moved out weeks ago. During my time there, I had a few negative experiences that I would like to highlight. Firstly, the maintenance staff was often involved in arguments with residents and would rudely caution them against damaging anything in their apartments. Secondly, the laundry facilities consistently provided only cold water, and if you wanted hot water, you had to pay extra. Thirdly, valuable belongings would frequently go missing from behind apartment doors, as homeless individuals with access codes to the complex would roam the hallways at night. Fourthly, the rent was excessively high for the condition of the apartments, some of which were nearly 60 years old and infested with cockroaches. Fifthly, the office staff were rarely available. Most of the time, you wouldn't find anyone there. Sixthly, the pool was often closed, and even when it was open, there was a discourteous lady, originally from Bosnia, who would impose numerous rules and restrictions, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the pool area. Lastly, parking spaces were not assigned, so if you arrived at night, it was nearly impossible to find parking and you would have to search for a spot outside the complex. These were the issues I encountered during my time at the apartments.
