        Original post: My friend has lived here for a bit over a year, his car has been broken into multiple times, the security for the building is none, the elevator is inaccessible. He tells me the maintenance on the building is neglible and they do not respond in a timely manner to issues or complaints. Edit: 11/07/2023: There has been a homeless man sleeping in the indoor stairwell of the building for the past few weeks.

        Update: I have been living here more than a year, and now the administration is bad. They never answer or respond. The complex looks bad and Maintenace is not the best. The former administrator left, and everything changed.
