Hillview Apartments

I have been living here for over a year now. Apartments are spacious, management is on top of everything when asked to fix (or when she can get someone to come fix the problem). It is a decent neighborhood, it's actually pretty quiet! Haven't had anything stolen or our cars broken into. Does have cameras everywhere, which makes it nice to know your safe.

Do not move here! I moved in over a month ago and the entire experiencec has been a complete nightmare! The place looked nice but upon moving in there have been many issues. Maintenance is incompetent and Management is slow to fix issues and will try to minimize things. I've taken days off work and waited for maintenance just for them to be late or not show. I'm paying a lot of rent for an apartment that has not been up to standard since I moved in and still waiting for a resolution. Again I've taken time off work waiting for maintenance just to have the plumber come out and say that the manager wants to be here for the repairs so they won't be doing the work today. Of course I got no notice.

Convenient location, responsive staff. Application process was straightforward, received feedback within 2 weeks. Apartments were in good condition, no issues with stolen packages, safe parking lot. Quiet neighborhood in general. Was nervous about post about homeless camp but its gone.

Good morning I went in and met with the manager at this apartment complex she seemed to be very nice and sent me an application I paid $62 for a background check and was told my apartment would be available on the 15th I never received any information back regarding my application nor did anyone contact me about my apartment being available if I was accepted or declined I sent several messages with no response I don't know what happened but very unprofessional at least get back to applicants and let them know whether they've been accepted or denied I'm glad I found another place to move into!

Apartments refusing your rent and predatory practice of corporate evictions of they can make you wait for repairs and mole in my apartment over ten years ago work with you but not now greed they own it they can do what they want our rent powers them so a balance of respect is due is why there's so many working home people evicted and homeless. someone should fix the system should be for the people
