It was fast and excellent maintenance service, I am very grateful for. However, if the question was for recommending the property to others, cleaning, trash and security services (to escort out homeless people who trash and destroy the property) need to be much better. Common space (hallways, staircases, elevators etc.) are poorly maintained, disgusting and unhygienic. Tenants who litter there need to be educated with signs to keep our common space clean and pleasant.

The maintenance guy didn't speak or understand English, so telling him what was wrong was impossible. Also they didn't do anything. The drain plug needs to be replaced and the thing you pull up to switch the water to the shower head doesn't work 65% of the time. So 2 things that need to be replaced and they didn't do anything except put the plug up and down and said it was fine. The next day I went to take a shower and it didn't want to work yet again.

UPDATE: Murder in front of office this morning. Security did nothing. The apartments have become home to gangs and drug dealers. Drugs & trash is what you get here. In the last 4 yrs, there has been soo many managers & employees here that i lost count. The owners of the building are so cheap that workers quit All The Time! We have had good managers and employees who tried and did the best they could but ultimatley quit bc of problems with the owners of the building. These pictures are from 09/2022- 10/2022, its been like this for 4 yrs. i have a thumb drive with 4 years worth.and this is just the exterior. i cant start a whole other review with the inside apartment. (which is now plagued with bugs & crows pooping on your balconey bc of trash conditions on the outside, its not just the inside hallways garbage chute. Theres BUGS, & Gnats in your hallway and apartments at times theres been 100s of gnats clinging to the walls up and down the hallway and the floors garabage chute (where the infestation started). And every manager says the same thing, theres nothing they can do, because of the owners.. you can find the videos on Instagram & every other social media under DomiNinja66
